Ways To Lose Weight Faster For A Healthy Body!

Hey there! Yes, I know I was gone for long but I am back now and you are going to meet me everyday, virtually of course!

Losing weight is truly very exhausting and nowadays everyone is looking for the fastest ways to do so! People want to see results overnight which, unfortunately is next to impossible.But, I am here to help you lose weight faster, not overnight because you, yes you have to learn to be patient! Things don’t happen so easily, you have to work super hard for it, after all this is life.

Keep in mind, you need to exercise well to lose weight and tone your body perfectly but if at all you don’t have the time to do workout you could use the following tips. Moreover, if you have the time to exercise, you may still follow these tips which will help you lose weight faster than flash (I know it did not make sense but we can pretend it did, right?)

DANCE/ZUMBA:

My first tip is to dance to your favourite beats or join a Zumba class with your besties! It will burn down your calories in the blink of an eye (not actually)

BE A MODERN MERMAID:

Next, you can jump into the swimming pool at a decent hour of the day with your BFFs, one way to tan yourself but if you are like me, and you hate getting tanned then you could use the sun-protection cream, duhhh!

SAY BYE TO SUGAR:

Cut off sugar from your diet! Avoid sugary items and replace them with healthier options,for example, you can replace sugar with honey for your morning cup of coffee. And, if you tend to crave different food items a lot, I would suggest you to learn what you are ACTUALLY craving. Like, if you are craving for a donut you might actually be craving for sugar which can be vanished by eating a fruit.

REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF WATER IN THE WORLD:

Drink as much water as you can, hydrate yourself more. Fun tip, you can have a competition of who can drink the largest quantity of water in a day, either with your sibling or friend.

LESS ADDED INGREDIENTS:

Eat food products which have the least amount of added ingredients, the less extra ingredients the healthier the food product is and vice versa.

MAKE BREAKFAST IMPORTANT:

Do not ever skip your breakfast, it helps boost your metabolism which burns calories throughout the day. Fun fact, breakfast is my favourite meal of the day.

FINISH OFF CARBS IN THE MORNING:

Eat all your carbs earlier in the day so that your body will have time to burn it down throughout the day.

EAT AT YOUR OWN SLOW PACE:

Slow down the time it takes to eat your meal, embrace each and every bite of the meal.

SAY NO TO CHAIRS:

Spend more time on your feet. It is believed that standing for more than 2 hours burns 350 calories.
